Womble Carlyle, an AmLaw 100 law firm, seeks a Recruiting Manager or Coordinator located in any of the Firm’s offices. This Firm-wide role will focus only on summer associate hiring and development. Preferred candidates will have experience with the management of summer associate hiring including, but not limited to, administration of on-campus recruiting, summer program management, organizing in-office interviews, interview training, law school outreach and initiatives, summer work assignments, summer event planning, and budgeting. Up to twenty percent travel time may be required.
The ideal candidate must have outstanding organization and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and attention to detail. The ability to maintain confidentiality and be committed to providing excellent client service are required. Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of recruiting experience at a law firm required.
